Adam Mugga
Adam Mugga is the founder and Chief Executive Officer of WAPEU Medical Clinic. He is a businessman and community leader whose work is driven by a strong desire to improve the lives of people in his community.
Recognising that many families struggle to access affordable healthcare, Adam established WAPEU Medical Clinic to provide free medical services to vulnerable and underserved residents. His vision was not simply to open a health facility, but to create a dependable place where people could receive compassionate care regardless of their financial situation.
Through WAPEU, Adam has brought together community service, practical leadership and social responsibility. The clinic supports patients through general medical care, maternity services, laboratory testing, child health, ambulance support and mobile outreach.
His leadership is guided by a simple commitment: essential medical care should be within reach of every family, especially those who need support most.
From community need to lasting action
Adam transformed his concern for the community into a practical healthcare initiative. WAPEU officially opened in January 2024 in Busega Kabale Zone, South Rubaga, and continues to serve as a medical lifeline for residents in the surrounding area.
As CEO, he provides the vision behind the clinic’s growth and its commitment to accessible care. His leadership reflects the belief that business experience can be used not only to build successful enterprises, but also to create meaningful and lasting social impact.
